The operator is a business registered in the Republic of Korea. The registered name and representative are recorded in Korean; the romanisation in brackets is informal.

1. In short

SeeAnyFile has no account. Neither the Windows program nor the Android app sends your files, file names or the text it recognises to us, so we hold nothing about you that could be deleted. What the apps keep stays on your own device, and you can delete it yourself as described below. If you have written to us, we delete your messages as soon as you ask.

2. The Android app (SeeAnyFile for Android)

• Remove one file. In the app's list, "Remove from list" deletes the app's private copy. The original stays where it was.
• Remove everything. Android Settings > Apps > SeeAnyFile > Storage > "Clear storage" (or "Clear data") deletes every copy and every Excel file the app made. The menu names differ a little between phone makers.
• Uninstall. Uninstalling the app deletes all of its data. Files you saved to Downloads or shared with another app stay there; delete them like any other file.
• The app has no internet permission and is excluded from Android backup, so no copy exists anywhere else.

3. The Windows program (SeeAnyFile)

• Settings, the library, thumbnails, the search index, people and the other records are stored only on your PC, in the SeeAnyFile folders under %APPDATA% and %LOCALAPPDATA%. Section 4 of the privacy policy lists each one and how to delete it; delete those folders or files.
• Face data and the Anthropic API key also have their own delete buttons in the program (privacy policy section 4).
• Uninstalling removes the program. To remove its remaining data as well, delete the folders above.

4. The website and our server

• The website and our server keep only aggregate counts of visits and downloads (no IP address, no cookie, no identifier; privacy policy section 3d). Nothing in them is tied to a person, so there is nothing to look up or delete for you.
• The language cookie (sa_lang) is in your browser; deleting your browser's cookies removes it.
• Update checks (only if switched on) and optional model downloads send no information about you to us. The servers that answer them (Cloudflare, GitHub, Hugging Face) keep their own logs under their own policies.
• If you used Claude answers with your own key, what was sent is held by Anthropic under its policy and your account there.

5. How to ask us to delete

Email projectteamforyou@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and say which app or which enquiry it is about. We answer without delay and within 10 days at the latest. We do not ask for an identity document, because we hold nothing tied to a person; for an enquiry, writing from the same address is enough. Enquiry emails you do not ask us to delete are kept for one year after our answer (privacy policy section 2a).
