More than 100 extensions: JPEG, PNG, HEIC and RAW photos, PSD and Krita, DICOM medical images, SVG and DXF drawings, Word, Excel and Hangul documents. Videos are cut without re-encoding: mark several parts at once and save each as its own file or join them into one.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Hangul (HWP, HWPX) files become PDFs through Microsoft Office, Hancom Office or LibreOffice when installed, or the built-in converter, which carries the text and tables. The original is never changed.
Continuous pages, thumbnails, selectable text and find in document, reopening on the page you left. Save a PDF as Word or PowerPoint slides, and a table, even in a scan or a photo, as Excel cell by cell.
Pick 3, 5 or 10 key sentences out of a document on this PC, each with a chip that shows where it came from. No internet needed, and nothing is made up.
Search for “beach” or “birthday cake” and get the photos that show it, with dates too. After a one-time model download you agree to, photos are read on this PC; photos and words are never sent.

Right-click a picture in File Explorer and the menu shows a preview with its size at the top. Open, remove the background, copy its text or make a PDF from the same menu.

This is a property of the build, not just a promise in a policy. Your files are processed on your computer and never uploaded, and the page the interface runs in cannot load anything from a remote address. The program goes online only when you ask it to - for an optional AI model, or sponsored pictures you switch on - and even then sends no file, file name or personal data. A file becomes readable only after you point at it: through the dialog, a drop, or opening it with SeeAnyFile from Explorer.

No. That behaviour is the reason this program exists. The installer contains the viewer and nothing else.
No. Your files - including photos you remove a background from or read text in - are processed on your computer and never uploaded. The program goes online only for an optional AI model you choose to download, or for sponsored pictures you switch on, and sends no file or personal data. You can confirm it by watching your firewall.
Yes. Cropping, resizing, rotating and exporting, batch conversion, an adjustment panel, RAW development, markup, one-click background removal, text recognition and translation in photos, text recognition in scanned PDFs and the PDF page tools are all built in and run on your computer.
Nowhere. Photos are read on this PC and your search words stay on it too. The feature is off until you switch it on in Settings › AI and recognition and agree; it then downloads its model (about 383 MB) once from huggingface.co, sending nothing but the request for the file. After that it works offline, and switching it off deletes everything it read.
Yes, HWP and HWPX. With Hancom Office installed, SeeAnyFile has it make the PDF so it looks like the original; without it, the built-in converter carries the text and tables, but not the original fonts, layout or pictures. The PDF is saved as a new file beside the original, which is never changed.
No. Key points are picked from the document's own sentences on this PC, with no internet and no account. Only if you have switched on answers by Claude with your own API key is there an extra button that sends the selected passages, never the file, to Anthropic.
