How to open it, step by step
- Install SeeAnyFile. It is free for Windows 10 and 11 and needs no account.
- Double-click the PDF or drag it onto the window. Thumbnails, search (Ctrl+F) and selectable text are there at once.
- Open Organize pages (Ctrl+Shift+O) to merge, split, turn and reorder, or Convert PDF for pictures, text, Word, a smaller file or a searchable scan.
- Every tool saves a new PDF beside the original, so nothing you had is lost.
What you can do with it
- Make a scanned PDF searchable with Korean and English text recognition.
- Save pages as pictures, the text as TXT or Markdown, the document as Word and tables as Excel.
- Add or remove an AES-256 password, and black out text for good.
- Highlight, box, note and draw as real PDF annotations, and print (Ctrl+P).

Is my PDF uploaded to compress or convert it?
No. Every PDF tool in SeeAnyFile runs on your computer. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Can I search a scanned PDF?
Yes. Choose Convert PDF › Searchable PDF: text recognition adds an invisible text layer, so you can search and copy from the new PDF.
Can I make one PDF from photos?
Yes. Choose the pictures and use Pictures to PDF; photos of pages can be straightened and cleaned up like a scan first (Ctrl+Shift+H).
